P4C

Year 4 ended their term looking at a UNICEF clip linked to giving at Christmas. They had to put themselves into the shoes of children who were less fortunate than they were and consider their feelings linked to this. They came up with a range of questions which they further explored in a homework task. These included:

Should we do more to help?

What is more important: people or presents?

Should we always be nice to those we don’t know?

Is it better to give than receive?

Does everyone have to give presents?

Are we being kind enough?

Are we being selfish?

Should we be more concerned about the less fortunate?
